Information About Our Baseball Card Display Cases
American Beauty Baseball Card Display Cases are being designed to be the premium baseball and sports trading card wall mounted display case. We are creating a vintage style display case while providing the maximum storage protection for your valuable baseball and sports trading card collection. While engineered with vintage T206 baseball cards in mind the final display case will be suitable for most sports trading card collections – old and new.
At the core of our development is the consideration of premium design, materials and construction.
Design – the design started simply enough with a baseball card. I laid the cards out in a way that would allow them to maximize their visual appeal without overcrowding. It’s not a contest to show off as many cards as you can – we all have a lot. We want to make your best baseball cards look great. The layout and design of the entire display case is oriented around the best visual layout of your baseball cards.
Materials – solid cherry wood construction is the current plan. We’ve also discussed other wood such as tiger maple for display cases for those collectors that want a little more flair for their trading card display. We also plan to use archival quality museum glass and solid brass hardware.
Construction – we’re still working on a number of details around assembly as the final design plans are not complete. We are currently talking to a local full service woodworker that specializes in vintage antiques.
